This policy explains your refund and return rights when purchasing the $268 14-day pilot or any continuing monthly plan from Celetric. We want this to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

The short version
If we have not started building your live showroom yet, you can get a full refund. Once setup work begins, only a partial refund is possible since real human work has started. The FREE sound card is yours to keep either way.
1. What you are paying for ($268 14-day pilot)
Your $268 one-time payment includes:
- AI live showroom setup — the human work to build, configure, and launch your stream (multi-platform setup, AI script generation, Q&A training, first stream).
- 14-day live pilot — 14 days of automated AI live streaming + real-time Q&A + an early-signal report.
- FREE Pro Streaming Sound Card ($41 value) — shipped to you, yours to keep.
2. Refund eligibility

After setup has started, before going live Partial refund — $100 returned. The rest covers setup work already done*
After your showroom is live No refund on the started pilot. You may decline any monthly plan with no further charge.
* Setup involves real human work (typically 4-6 hours of our team's time), so once we begin we can only partially refund. The FREE Pro Streaming Sound Card is yours to keep in every case.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@celetric.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your business name and the email you used at purchase.
- Last 4 digits of the card used and approximate date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund (optional but helpful so we can improve).
We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days . Refunds return to the original payment method.
4. The free gifts
Pro Streaming Sound Card (physical item)
The sound card is a free bonus, not part of the paid service. You keep it whether or not you continue with Celetric. We do not require it to be returned for any refund of the service.

If the sound card arrives damaged or defective
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will ship a free replacement, no questions asked.
5. Monthly subscription ($498/month)
If you continue past the 14-day pilot onto a monthly plan:
- Cancel anytime — no contract, no cancellation fee.
- To cancel, email info@celetric.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Your service continues until the end of the current paid month. We do not pro-rate partial months.
- Refund only if our service fails: if we fail to deliver the service as described (e.g., AI not running, streams down for over 48 hours without notice), email us — we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
6. Quarterly plan ($1,344/quarter)
- The quarterly plan is billed every 3 months (about 10% cheaper than paying monthly).
- It auto-renews each quarter. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next quarterly renewal.
- Once a prepaid quarter has started it is non-refundable, except where our service fails as described in Section 5 (in which case we issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period).
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first — we are happy to work it out directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer without contacting us first delays resolution for both sides and may result in your account being suspended.
8. Disputes
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and communicated via email to active customers. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update date.
