Celetric ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered live streaming service for U.S. local businesses, operated by Celetric Inc., located at 333 Sylvan Ave Ste 107, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website ad.celetric.com and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account & contact information: name, email, phone number, business name, business address.
• Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure servers and are not stored by Celetric. We retain only transaction records (amount, date, last 4 digits).
• Business content: photos, videos, menus, service lists, FAQs, and any materials you upload for your live showroom setup.
• Shipping address: required to ship the free streaming sound card included with the Launch Package.
• Communications: emails, support requests, and feedback you send us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, clicks, referring URL, device type, browser, IP address.
• Cookies and pixels: we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to measure ad performance and improve our service (see Section 5).

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the Service (set up and operate your AI live showroom).
• To process payments and ship the free sound card.
• To send service-related emails (onboarding, updates, early-signal reports).
• To measure the performance of our advertising and improve our website.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, hosting providers, email service providers, shipping carriers).
• Advertising partners (Meta, Google, TikTok) — limited to aggregated or pseudonymized data used to measure ad performance.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

• Account and business information: while your account is active and up to 24 months after termination.
• Payment records: 7 years (legal/tax compliance).
• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information (subject to legal limits).
• Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link in any email.
• California residents (CCPA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale/sharing" — we do not sell your data.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS encryption everywhere, encrypted databases, restricted internal access, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No system is 100% secure; if we discover a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.

9. International users

Our service is offered to U.S. local businesses. If you access it from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

10. Children's privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision.
