Refund & Returns Policy

Clear, fair terms for our $597 Launch Package, free gifts, and ongoing service.

This policy explains your refund and return rights when purchasing the $597 Launch Package or any continuing monthly plan from Celetric. We want this to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

The short version If we have not started building your live showroom yet, you can get a full refund of the service portion. Once setup work begins, the $299 setup fee is non-refundable, but you can still get a refund on unused service days. The free sound card and AI course are yours to keep either way.

* Setup fee covers actual human work (typically 4-6 hours of our team's time) and is non-refundable once we begin.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@celetric.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method.

4. The free gifts

Pro Streaming Sound Card (physical item)

The sound card is a free bonus, not part of the paid service. You keep it whether or not you continue with Celetric. We do not require it to be returned for any refund of the service.

If the sound card arrives damaged or defective Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will ship a free replacement, no questions asked.

AI Live Selling Masterclass (digital course)

The course is delivered instantly via email. Once accessed, it is non-returnable (this is industry standard for digital products), but again — you keep it regardless of whether you stay with the service.

If you continue past the Launch Package onto a monthly plan:

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first — we are happy to work it out directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer without contacting us first delays resolution for both sides and may result in your account being suspended.

8. Disputes

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and communicated via email to active customers. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update date.
