Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains your refund and return rights when purchasing the $597 Launch Package or any continuing monthly plan from Celetric. We want this to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

1. What you are paying for ($597 Launch Package)

Your $597 one-time payment includes:

• $299 Setup fee — covers the human work to build, configure, and launch your AI live showroom (multi-platform setup, AI script generation, Q&A training, first stream).
• $298 First-month service — 14 days of AI live streaming + real-time Q&A + early-signal report.
• FREE Pro Streaming Sound Card ($41 value) — shipped to you.
• FREE AI Live Selling Masterclass ($197 value) — digital course, delivered instantly after payment.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@celetric.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your business name and the email you used at purchase.
• Last 4 digits of the card used and approximate date of purchase.
• Reason for the refund (optional but helpful so we can improve).

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method.

4. The free gifts

Pro Streaming Sound Card (physical item)

The sound card is a free bonus, not part of the paid service. You keep it whether or not you continue with Celetric. We do not require it to be returned for any refund of the service.

AI Live Selling Masterclass (digital course)

The course is delivered instantly via email. Once accessed, it is non-returnable (this is industry standard for digital products), but again — you keep it regardless of whether you stay with the service.

5. Monthly subscription ($599/month)

If you continue past the Launch Package onto a monthly plan:

• Cancel anytime — no contract, no cancellation fee.
• To cancel, email info@celetric.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
• Your service continues until the end of the current paid month. We do not pro-rate partial months.
• Refund only if our service fails: if we fail to deliver the service as described (e.g., AI not running, streams down for over 48 hours without notice), email us — we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

6. Annual plan ($3,588/year)

• The annual plan is paid upfront for a discounted rate.
• You may cancel anytime, but refunds for annual plans are pro-rated to the equivalent monthly rate ($599/month). This means the discount only applies if you complete the year.
• Example: cancel after 4 months → refund = $3,588 − (4 × $599) = $1,192.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first — we are happy to work it out directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer without contacting us first delays resolution for both sides and may result in your account being suspended.

8. Disputes

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and communicated via email to active customers. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update date.
